Elvia Espinal began her career in immigration law in 2012, joining a firm in Mission Hills, California, after completing her paralegal studies. Mentored by experienced accredited representatives and immigration attorneys, she continued developing her knowledge through AILA and USCIS workshops.

Over the past decade, Elvia has worked with immigration law firms in Los Angeles and Nashville, gaining broad experience with USCIS applications, consular processing, and immigration court proceedings.

Her commitment to immigration law is also deeply personal. Having experienced life as an undocumented immigrant herself, Elvia understands firsthand the uncertainty and hope that accompany the immigration process. That perspective, combined with years of practical experience, allows her to guide clients with compassion, patience, and a clear understanding of what is at stake for them and their families.
