Frequently asked
How much does a consultation cost?
$100 for a 30-minute new client consultation, by phone, video, or in our Franklin office. You will get a clear answer on whether you have a case, which category fits, and what the full representation will cost. Book online and pick the time that suits you.
Do you work with clients outside Tennessee?
Yes. Immigration law is federal. We represent clients across the United States and abroad. Video consultations work in any time zone.
Can I choose who I meet with?
Yes. On the booking page you can pick a calendar or take the first available slot.
How are your fees structured?
Most services are offered for a flat fee, so there are no surprise monthly bills. You get the total cost in writing before you commit.
What languages do you speak?
Consultations are in English. If you need help in another language, tell us when you book.
What should I bring to the consultation?
Your passport, any USCIS notices, prior applications, and your entry and exit history. If you are unsure, bring everything and we will sort it.
Ready to talk to an attorney?
